The Vizio Web Experience Redesign was a comprehensive project aimed at transforming Vizio’s online presence through a complete site redesign built on Adobe AEM. This project evolved into a multi-year engagement, where ongoing maintenance, updates, and new feature integrations were managed continuously, creating a robust and dynamic web platform for Vizio.
My Role:
As the Technical Director, I managed a team of internal and client developers to execute the full site redesign and subsequent development efforts. My role extended beyond the initial redesign to include the management of ongoing maintenance, updates, and continuous improvement processes. I was instrumental in growing the client relationship, turning this project into a multi-year revenue stream for the agency.
